Terms of Service

Last updated 12 June 2026 · SupportNotes is operated by Axior Labs (ABN 91 949 773 596), Australia.

SupportNotes helps you turn rough notes into clear, structured care notes. It is a writing aid — not clinical, medical or legal advice. You remain the author of, and responsible for, every note, and you must review each one before you use or submit it.

These terms are a legal agreement between you and Axior Labs ("we", "us") for your use of supportnotes.com.au (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

1. What the Service does (and doesn't)

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time email link. Keep your email secure. You must be at least 16 and use the Service for lawful, work-related purposes. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Free plan, trials & subscriptions

5. Your data & privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short, notes are processed by our own AI on an Australian server and are not sent to overseas AI providers, and we store as little as possible.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. To the extent permitted by law, our other liability is limited to re-supplying the Service or refunding the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for decisions you make, or notes you submit, based on the Service's output.

7. Availability & changes

We may update, suspend or change the Service and these terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continued use means you accept the changes.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
